M-BOND 1
One of the major problems of the construction industry is the time taken for curing of cement and sand mixture. The time schedule for normal curing is as follows:
- Fifteen days for slabs and beams.
- Seven days for plasters on walls.
This waiting period causes huge losses to construction companies. These companies are constantly seeking ways to reduce these periods of curing.
Another problem faced by the construction industry is the strength of cement mortar. At present this strength is low, and companies constantly seek better strength of cement mortar. The greater this strength the higher is the life of the building or other constructions.
Seepage is also a major problem is construction. This makes a building look ugly and greatly reduces its life.
Solution offer by us
- We offer M-Bond 1 an acrylic based cement binder which reduces the curing time of cement mortar.
- It increases the tensile strength of RCC structures by providing a corrosion resistance coating over iron reinforcement. This makes the bond between cement concrete and iron stronger than before.
- It provides excellent resistance to sewage water, sea water, acid rain.
- Salty atmosphere in coastal regions, and so on.
- It is totally inorganic and free from chloride. This means it does not pollute the atmosphere or cause harm to human beings.
- It saves cement cost because a lot of cement is washed away while curing with water.
- It also saves cost because it gives a honeycomb free concrete or plaster.
- It improves the coverage of plaster up to 15 percent.
- It is a strong bonding agent. This increases the strength of cement mortar.
Quantities needed for use of M-BOND 1:
Different quantities of M-BOND 1 are needed for different purposes. These are as follows:
- For brick and stone masonry: 200 ml of M-BOND 1 in one bag or sacks of cement.
- Plaster and RCC: 200 ml in one bag of cement.
- Basement, RCC sump and swimming pool: 400 ml in one bag of cement.
BENEFITS:
- Reduces setting time.
- Saves cost.
- Improves coverage of plastering.
- Increases the strength.
- Binding agent.
- Saves curing time by approx. 25 - 30 per cent.
- Provides corrosion resistance coating over iron reinforcement.
- Helps in preventing seepages.
- Can be used in cement slurry to fill in the existing seepages.
