The problem:

Scales are a major problem for various Equipments and Sub Assemblies.

Furnaces, pipelines of boilers, generators, water tanks, radiators, water jackets, heat exchangers, and water cooling plants are some of the main equipments subjected to scale formation.

Scales are formed due to regular and continuous contact of water. They reduce output of the equipment, increase the input and may also damage the equipment.

At present, these scales are removed manually. This conventional method is very uneconomical as it involves considerable amount of time and manpower apart from the mess created while cleaning. In this process Scales are not removed completely.

It also damages and reduces the life of the equipment resulting in unwanted extra expenditure and maintenance.

Solution provided by us:

After rigorous research we have developed an Organic De-scaling Agent under the Brand name SILICO 6 which does not react with Metal, Rubber, PVC etc.

One of the best features of SILICO 6 is that it can be used without detaching the affected part from the machine saving a considerable amount of valuable time and manpower. This means there is no need to demount or remove the sub-assemblies.

Procedure:

• Empty the affected area.
• Fill it with SILCO-6 and leave it for approx. two hours.
• Start the motor for 5 - 6 hours so that the filled in SILICO 6 is circulated in the affected area dissolving and removing the scales.
• Empty the equipment.
• Wash with clean water.
